April 2007, Portland Oregon - NAPT Conference, Expanding the Frontiers of Poetry: Growth and Healing through Language, Symbol, and Story. James Brandenburg will be presenting a workshop on "Poetry Therapy for Culturally Diverse Students " along with Lianne Mercer. James will also receive his certification in Poetry Therapy.

June 11 , 6 - 7:30pm - Special Event at Viva Bookstore on Broadway and 410. James Brandenburg will present on poetry therapy and will invite testimonials by poets who have used poetry as a way to heal. James will give a brief history of poetry therapy, will speak about the certification process and then will invite certain poets to share how poetry has had a healing effect in their lives. James received his certification as a poetry therapist on April 20, 2007 during the annual convention at the National Association for Poetry Therapy in Portland, Oregon. In this event James will introduce poetry therapy to the San Antonio Community. Public is invited. No charge. James will also sign copies of his book, Irgendwo Überall Somewhere Everywhere.

June 27 - 31, 2007 - James and Hejo will work on revisions of their book Irgendwo Uberall Somewhere Everywhere in Berlin, Germany.
